We understand that you staff need a simple to use interface in stressful situations where they may need assistance.
One tap contact list
When your staff member logs into the FrontLine app, their contacts list is pre-populated with several administrator defined numbers which they can call. The contact list relates to the location of your staff and seniority levels. On the interface, the staff member simply needs to tap the Call button on a specific entry to call them.
One tap backup request
With one tap on the backup button, the Control Center will be notified of the need for assistance. The notification will have the current location and contact details, in order for the control center to both contact and inquire about the nature of their request so that appropriate assistance can be dispatched.
